Registration
This Web site includes a registration form that asks for your name and email address. We use this information to send you our e-mail newsletter and notices about site updates, new product releases, and special offers.

Updating Your Registration

Our Service Partners
Our shopping cart is operated by CCNow, the official retailer for our products. CCNow processes credit card transactions and collect payment for goods and services ordered, and we process and ship the orders. Some of the orders are fulfilled through our partner Q-Link® Products. These companies do not use, share, retain or store personally identifiable information for any purposes other than to process the transaction and, if necessary, to correspond with the customer related to their purchase.

Security
When you provide sensitive information on our site (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected with encryption software. While you are on a secure page, such as our order form page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked. We also use our best efforts to protect your information off-line. Only those Lotus Pond Press employees and CCNow staff who need the information to perform a specific job (such as the billing clerk or customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable user information.
