If you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, simply
return it for a prompt refund . All Q-Link® products
carry aone-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Return/Exchange Procedures:
If you want to return a product please contact us at
with your name, address, and invoice number (found at the
top of each invoice). We will then email you a Return Authorization
Number, along with the return address. We do not accept
returns without an R.A.# on the outside of the package.
Please be certain that returned merchandise is in original
condition and in its original carton.
Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange,
replacement, or send you a refund. Refunds to your credit
card take 10-14 business days after your return is processed,
and refund checks are mailed within 2 weeks. Refunds are
issued in the same manner as original payment. The amount
of refund will be the purchase cost, less the cost of shipping
and handling the original order.
All returns must be in like new condition, in original
packaging, with instructions and accessories. Items returned
in less than new condition or incomplete may be subject
to additional charges.
Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the
product you purchased from us and the ultimate decision
regarding accepting returns is based on our sole discretion.
IMPORTANT: In order to make your shopping experience
with EMF-Health.com a pleasant one, we ask that you consider
the following: Although science proves that our products'
technologies affect your body as soon as you start using
them, the changes you may feel are quite individualized.
Whereas a good number of people feel immediate benefits,
others will notice effects gradually increasing up to 30
days and beyond. Therefore, we do advise customers to use
our products for at least 30 days to allow the cumulative
effect of the technology to work with their body's particular
requirements. This is one reason we have an extended 90-day
guarantee.
Return Procedures:
1. Obtain Return Authorization
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE
returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given
on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization
Number.
Your request for a Return Authorization Number must
be received as soon as possible so your return will reach
us within 90 days from the original delivery date.

You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return
Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return
request is approved.
2. Ship Authorized Returns
Return packages must be postmarked no later than 90
days from date of original delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as
well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you ship
your package using USPS Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation,
or a shipper such as UPS or Federal Express (or for international
customers, your local postal service) that allows you
to track your package. For items that may be liable to
damage during transit, we suggest that you pack carefully
and insure the package. If you send a return COD, it will
not be accepted.
Return shipping address will be included on the Return
Authorization confirmation memo.
Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must
be made by the shipper.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside
the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on
the outside of the package.
